Another common excuse is that people do not have time. If you do not have about three minutes per day now to floss, how will you have hours of time to spend in our chair, repairing the damage caused by not flossing? Just some food for thought.
Flossing is too difficult, is another common excuse. If you are not quite sure how to floss right, ask us. Until you see us at your next appointment, use the flossing sticks that you can buy at the drug store. Flossing too little with a stick is better is at least better than no flossing at all.
