Alysa Andersen, DMD The best thing about being a dentist is helping people and changing lives with a hands-on approach. I love continuously learning new techniques and new procedures. Dentistry is expanding, evolving and improving rapidly and I think that makes it one of the most engaging medical fields right now.About Dr. AndersenI was born and raised in Spokane, moved away for school where I met my husband, Ethan. We have been friends for 13 years, together for 5 and married for 1. He graduated school as a chiropractor this last summer and we finally moved back to town to be closer to my family; I have 15 siblings. My husband and I have 2 dogs, a senior boxer and a leonberger puppy. We love to work out, play video games, and cook. I am also an avid reader and grew up competing in gymnastics; I look forward to some day getting involved again and coaching a class or two. Education & TrainingDr. Alysa Andersen earned her dental degree from the UNLV School of Dental Medicine after earning her Bachelor's degree from Central Washington University. Before moving to Spokane, Dr. Andersen has treated patients in Vancouver, WA and Las Vegas, NV. She joined Northview Family Dental in 2024, and is currently treating patients throughout eastern Washington and northern Idaho.
